Cleansing:

Use the sponge in a circular motion. Use alone or with a small amount of cleanser. The sponge will increase the amount of bubbles, so use cleanser sparingly.

Cleaning:

Rinse sponge under running water several times and squeeze out the excess water. Do not wring the sponge. Hang to dry.

Drying:

Hang in a well ventilated cool area and allow to dry naturally. Do not leave sponge soaking in water. Sponge will shrink and harden when dry. To re hydrate soak in water.

Sterilizing:

To sterilize the sponge submerge in a bowl of water in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Pour out the hot water & run sponge under the cold tap until suitable to handle then squeeze out water & hang to dry.

Recycling:

At the end of its life add the sponge to your compost heap or put the sponge underneath a pot plant. This will help the plant retain moisture & the sponge will decompose over time.
