Blinc Eye Liner Pencil Grey

Unlike traditional eyeliners that can leave behind lines for days & days, blinc offers unsurprassed hold while conditioning & treating skin at the same time. A smooth pencil glides onto the skin & forms a water resistant layer of colour that is water proof, smudge proof, fade proof colour that makes it one of the longest wearing pencils available.
This creamy formula glides on smoothly for a clean, crisp line, but can be smudged & blended for a softer (Can be used on Eye brows) Look.
Application:

•   Close your eye & pull your lid taut to draw your line.
•   For your 1st pass, wiggle the pencil between your lashes (it will make them look thicker) & on your second pass make the line thicker if you want.
•   Use a small chiseled brush or an angled brush to smudge the line (this is great for brows) to make the line softer & to smooth & even out the line. Go back & forth until you get the look you are after.

To Remove:
Easily removes with warm water & any gentle eye make-up  remover &  slight pressure.
